The first thoughts of an organic company came during the summer of 2008 when my daughter’s house was damaged by a flood and infested with insects. The insect repellents that we found in the stores were ridden with chemicals of all kinds which, when checked, turned out to be dangerous. Since we were already living a healthy, eco-friendly lifestyle it was natural for us to look at repellent properties of essential oils. After mixing and matching we found a formula that actually repelled insects, was kind to skin, and was safe.
Greenerways Organic became our logo and Greenerways Organic Bug Spray was born. It became our hope that the success of the bug spray would allow for the production of other healthy, sustainable and affordable products. Families deserve to be able to make healthy choices but sometimes these choices are expensive and limiting.
Our mission at Greener Days is to provide affordable organic products with the belief that everyone deserves the ability to discover and enjoy the benefits of an organic lifestyle.
